I am a French qualified coach and psychotherapist. Having moved to London from Paris in my 20s, I have come to understand the difficulty to fit in an environment where you don’t always understand the codes, from different cultures, organisations and jobs. My own experience in psychotherapy and coaching have been transformational and expanded my possibilities, options and choices.
Prior to now, I have spent decades in the corporate world holding senior positions alongside training to become a psychotherapist with a Masters degree (MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy) from Metanola Institute. Later on, I trained to become a qualified coach from EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). I obide to the code of ethics from both organisation.
I am in ongoing supervision and undertake regular Continued Professional Development training.
My Approach
To choose the person you wish to work with, you need to imagine that you will be comfortable enough to share your vulnerabilities without judgement. It is the most important criteria beyond any modalities or technique. That is why a short initial call is always the best way to assess how we can work together.
Coaching
We will spend some time to define and refine your goals, and understand the current barrier to achieve them. From here, we will discuss the available options in your current circumstances before building a plan forward.
psychotherapy
We will discuss expectations and their stories; why you are here and what are your hopes for our work together. In every session, we will explore and unpack your feelings and where they are coming from. Explore why and how present events have triggered you, and how they are linked to your history.
