Psychotherapy is the experience of a safe and confidential space where you can express your struggle, fears, and hope. I will welcome your feelings, support you in articulating their meaning and understand their origin. Together we will explore your unique experiences in the world to understand how they have influenced your current reality and help you create new possibilities.

Working with me

In addition to actively listening to you, I will be attentive to your facial expression, body language, choice of words to understand holistically what you are sharing with me. I may bring these observations into the room to make sense of them with you. I will occasionally use other modes of expression such as drawing, playing, music or collage to support our work together.

As a humanistic psychotherapist, I value the warm, supportive and non-judgemental relationships with my clients. However, I will occasionally challenge you to open new possibilities into your thinking and emotional pattern.

I will also welcome any challenges from you that I hope you will feel safe enough to raise as this is a part of the work.
